If you apply for a position with us, we collect the following personal information:

Contractors

Use of AI / Automated Tools. We may use automated tools, including large language models, to analyze business communications we receive from you (such as emails and contact form submissions) to generate summaries, categorize inquiries, and assign lead scores to assist sales prioritization, routing, and customer support. These tools may process information contained in message headers and bodies (and, where applicable, attachments you provide), including contact information and signature block details, and may generate derived insights (e.g., topic tags or priority scores). Our personnel generally review outputs before taking action however some actions (e.g. routing/prioritization) may occur automatically based on certain outputs. We may store these derived insights in our systems consistent with our retention practices. Where we process information on behalf of a customer, we do so in accordance with the customer’s instructions and applicable agreements.
When you register for an event on any of the Websites, we will add you to our mailing list and we will share your registration information with the sponsors of the event and other partners and advertisers (collectively, “Sponsors”). BY REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO RECEIVING PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS, VIA PHONE AND/OR EMAIL, FROM US AND FROM SPONSORS. You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time, as described below. If you wish to unsubscribe from the Sponsors’ communications, you must contact the Sponsors directly. We are not responsible for the “opt out” policies and practices of the Sponsors.
Processing of special categories of data
Before collecting and/or using any special categories of data (as that term is defined in the GDPR, or as an equivalent term is defined by other privacy laws), or criminal record data, we will establish a lawful exemption which will allow us to use that information. This exemption will typically be:
- your explicit consent;
- the establishment, exercise or defense by us or third parties of legal claims; or
- other uses allowed by applicable law including context specific exemptions provided for under local laws of EU Member States, UK laws and other countries implementing the GDPR and similar privacy laws, such as in relation to the processing of special category data for the purposes of substantial public interest (e.g. preventing or detecting fraud in relation to instructions from potential clients)
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may share such information with our affiliates as necessary to carry out the purposes for which the information was supplied or collected. We may share your registration information with our sponsors, partners, and advertisers, and we may share aggregated demographic and profile data with advertisers, some of whom may be a company located outside of the United States. We may share the information described above with vetted service providers that help us provide certain service capabilities (e.g., cloud hosting and AI service providers). Under our agreements and configurations for these AI service providers, the provider is not permitted to use customer content to train or improve its general models.

Users of the services are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of any of our digital services. In order to protect you and your data, we may suspend your use of any of the services, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of any of the Services are restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.
Children
Our Websites are not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of 16. It is our policy never to knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 16, except as part of an engagement to provide professional services.
Opting Out of Communications
Communications from us may include requested communications, such as email newsletters or updates that you expressly requested or consented to receive, and general communications, such as information about products, services, or special offers.
